Experienced leadership
Todd Deluca, President & CEO, started selling these types of products in 1983. He grew up in the industry and was the president and COO of the USA subsidiary of RISO Kagaku. Returning as a dealer, Todd works with RISO and EPSON to bring you the best products and service possible.
In the early 2000s Todd worked with the Foundation to be Named Later to provide scholarships for gifted, disadvantaged students in Greater Boston.
Todd lives in Massachusetts with his wife and golden retriever.

Devin has been service equipment for 5 years. He is authorized in all EPSON printers, all RISO products. Devin is an excellent trainer so if you have operational questions, he’s your guy.

Sean has joined us after graduating from a local High School. Sean has recently passed both RISO and EPSON service authorization courses. Sean is a hard worker and eager to get your equipment running

Padraig recently joined us and is our newest field technician. Padraig is dedicated to great service and is learning quickly!

Cameron first worked for us in the warehouse but quickly found his stride as a technician. Cameron is authorized for RISO Duplicators, all EPSON product and Wide Format EPSON.

If Heather is your account manager she will know your business. She takes care of some of our largest customers and adds value by providing the information you need to assess your situation and make decisions about improvement. Heather has reached the top title at EPSON as an EPSON Ambassador. Heather works in the south shore and Boston metro region

ACCOUNT SALES MANAGER
Jak has been in the industry for 8 years and is an expert at recommending acquisition strategies. He knows your fleet and Jak knows the machines like and expert. He has earned the top title at EPSON as an EPSON Ambassador. Jak works throughout the Boston Area with a focus on the North Shore, Worcester and metro Boston.
